First chance in a while to wash the car, found out the recent snow has not been kind to the bodywork. Lots of chips and bubbles appearing :( but on the plus side I got some refurb work today. Spot the difference:

Correct answer is replaced the misty headlight lenses with new fez supplied ones. (also the car moved).

sorry, should've put full size pics for that ;)

...since they've said the snow apocalypse is coming i've bought a car cover.
In case it's useful info for others the halfords all weather extra small cover (£50) fits well and seems good.

Cover looks a little loose. I'd recommend straps of some sort if not already fitted, as once the wind gets under it, it will disappear into the neighbours garden..

It has 3 horizontal straps that run underneath the car - I didn't pull them very tight, I'll pull them tighter.

 

The front and back are elasticated.

Yeah just tension them up, as you don't want it flapping about too much. Noisy and potentially not good for paintwork!
