Stuffing gets old and looses it's damping effect; repack with new stuff. And that decat straight through pipe will make it very loud. Fit a cat in there, or some kind of small silencer...

Thanks, fingers crossed the packing was loose, but it did feel quite compact. Just had a look at the cats and they are about 500 just for the cat so would prob look for a silencer but I can't see there being much room to put one in, maybe an oval size one may fit in place, I'll have to look again at room available.
