Ok Clubsports are £750+vat a set retail. 8 sets of Clubsports I can do at £670+vat a set plus £10 shipping.
Issue is Nitron have no stock till February.
Does that work for you all? If yes I will sort deposits, delivery details and dates etc.
Clubsports if there are only two drop me an email to info@matthewbentleyracing.co.uk or call me on 01234 772288 and I will sort something out individually.
Thanks
Matt

I'm happy with the price if that's for the street series (even more so if that that was for clubsports, but I doubt it is!). February is fine for me.

I might be interested in a set of Street Series for February but I'm struggling to find spring rates?

VX220 NA = 234 / 268 lbs/in = 42 / 48 N/mm
VX220 Turbo = 275 / 315 lbs/in = 49 / 57 N/m
Nitron VX220 Street series = 275/350 lbs/in
S2 Standard = 228 / 285 lbs/in = 41 / 51 N/mm
S2 LSS = 250 / 325 lbs/in = 45 / 58 N/mm

Pretty sure this information is accurate. The figures for the nitron street series are for version 1 but I believe they are the same.
VX220 NA = 234 / 268 lbs/in = 42 / 48 N/mm
VX220 Turbo = 275 / 315 lbs/in = 49 / 57 N/m
Nitron VX220 Street series = 275/350 lbs/in
S2 Standard = 228 / 285 lbs/in = 41 / 51 N/mm
S2 LSS = 250 / 325 lbs/in = 45 / 58 N/mm
Dan
So can the Street Series damping be "wound down" enough to be generally as compliant as NA OEM dampers given the not insignificant increase in spring rate?

Thanks I found numerous references to NSS stating 350F/450R? but no supplier specified spring rates. Eventually found on the Nitron site:
The standard spring rates for this kit are 275 lbs/" front, 350 lbs/" rear. Custom spring rates are not available as an option but can be retro-fitted with any standard 2.25’ race coil.
Earlier references (2010) definitely say 350/450 so they must have changed (a lot).

Messages sent to everyone on the list.
Basically I will sort a deposit for everyone so the dampers get ordered and build started, then do the main payment after pay day at the end of the month to try and help out cash flow after Christmas :-)
Thanks

How soon do you need me to make a decision on putting my name down?

I am not in a massive rush but the others on the group buy probably want it pretty soon.

In response to the comments about ride quality and dampers being wound down, the general consensus is the nitrons ride better than standard anyway due to the way the bump control is tuned. Oem can feel crashy even with the lower spring rate.
You 100% sure about the spring rates on the streets Matt?

Everyone else still in? I guess we need +1? Emailed Matt last week so once I've heard back I'm keen to order.
