Took my VX to BOT for the first time yesterday for a service/cambelt change.
Very impressed with the level of knowledge and professionalism, coupled with the informal and less clinical approach they have with their customers. They took a lot of time happily answering many questions i had regards these cars ( I really am a VX novice), hence a few questions already asked on this great forum.
Definately glad I took the advice from some of you guys on here who recommended Jez and Sam to me.
The experience certainly made up for the horror 5.5 hour M25 return journey, and sharing the Guildford wetherspoons with some of the regulars...
