No top coat in that so will be soft unless it's pre mixed in which case it's clever stuff.
My method has always worked well in the past.
Just use a normal touchup stick but mix it with a little clearcoat in a plastic cup and apply it super thin with a cocktail stick. It's closer to gelcoat when dry. If you want it 100% do the colour step then go back over with clear, repeating the next parts twice.
Get some sticky back wet sand paper from Amazon and press out a circle using a hole punch.
Stick it to the top of a wooden pencil (not one with a metal collar) and work the paper over the paint to flat it down by twisting the pencil in your hand. When your happy with the flattened finish polish with a DA.
If the colour match is right you'll never even know it's been repaired.
