the Cat D is hugely subjective. If it had chassis/tub damage it will be much worse than a wrecked clam say.

ebay says £9950
But if it has any chassis damage then thats optimistic

Geoff (apple2000) correct you did pay a deposit and i refunded it saying car no longer available, the lotus centre said this was not structural and repaired the car. I did say it was a cat d and what damage it had, you knew this already as you posted it all on this forum. I never once said it hasn't been in an accident, you cannot hide anything with these cars as this forum proves nothing can be hidden. I dont need to hide anything it was repaired by the Lotus company in wales who daily repair these cars.

Im just venting my frustration, being a FAIR and HONEST person i thought when you take a deposit the car is as good as sold?
any way, it just shows this wasn't for me so on wards and upwards ill find another.

Shame, that could have been the fastest "what's it worth" to "sold" thread in history....
Real shame.
