Bit of an odd one
Anybody know a way of transfering ownership of an x box live account to someone else without deleting own email
My son has split from his other half and the Xbox account which their son uses was linked to him
He now needs to let his ex take control of things but can’t find a way of doing it without her starting a new account or him deleting his email

If he logs into the account under manage your account their is an option to add a second email address
Once that’s done you make the second address the primary.
Check that’s all working and then you can go in and delete the original address.
