I have rebuilded my opel speedster turbo and i have a ton of parts all over the place.I will list many of them but i will certainly forget others.If you need something specific please get in contact.All the parts have 34000 km.Some of them even less as they have been on the car for less than 8000km and some are brand new.All the parts are located in Greece.

 

-Brembo rear calipers oem speedster turbo 270 pounds

-4 x brake discs 288mm ebc ultimax pcd 5x100 (vx220/speedster/europa) with 8000km on the street 200 pounds

-4 x brake discs 308 with billet cnc aluminium bells and zimermann rotors brand new never used pcd 5x100 (speedster/vx220/europa) 850 pounds.The bells have been hard anodised black 

-Adaptors in order to move the oem 2 piston calipers to the rear of the car using the 308 discs on the rear without the need of extra spacer 180 pounds

-z20leh k04 turbo from astra opc/vxr with 8000km 260 pounds

-z20let oem pistons e rods 180 pounds

-z20let hydraulic cam followers.Perfect condition.55 pounds

-z20let eds copy intake manifold.Brand new never intalled.These manifolds usually require a lot of effort to flow right as the interior is very crude out of the cast.I have done this job on the one i sell.I have done a head port match even.The manifold when arrives is really approximative.It really turned out very nice. 230 pounds.

-z20let oem throttle body perfect 60 pounds.

-Big throttle body bosch 82mm diameter.Oem Porsche 911 Gt3.It is going on the various Vaxhalls Vws ecc.Plug n play for vx220 turbo/opel speedster turbo.Oem Bosch brand new.250 pounds.

-Coutney top hat 45 pounds

-Bailey bov with its samco hose 45 pounds

-4 Astra vxr/opc oem blue bosch injectors z20leh 470cc with 8000 km from new. 140 pounds

-4 siemens deka 630cc.Original and not chinese.They are brand new and have been measured and they are perfect.Actually at 3.2 bar of pressure they turned out to be about 680cc.180 pounds.

-Single mass lightweight flywheel courtnay and helix street clutch (disc and pressure plate) with 8000km 390 pounds

-Cerametalic clutch (disc and pressure plate) brand new never mounted 290 pounds

-Vx220 turbo and opel speedster turbo z20let milltek turbo back.It is a full system that contains down pipe,200 cell cat,final silencer,bolts,supports,junctions.8000 km still shiny.Really like new.No rust no bends. 550 pounds

-Vx220 turbo/opel speedster turbo z20let oem exhaust heat shield.130 pounds

-Vx220/speedster oem fuel tank no rust at all 150 pounds

-Vx220/Speedster aluminium fuel tank  48 ltrs brand new 450 pounds

-Vx220 turbo/speedster turbo oem anti roll bar with all the bolts and mounts 90 pounds

-F23 Gearbox QJ brand new.In order to fit on a speedster you have to use your bell housing.It has a small hole on the bell in order to bring it out of an old opel dealer that has closed but as i said this bell (diesel gearbox) it has to be swapped with yours in order to mount on the vx220/speedster.Brand new from old stock. 530 pounds

Hello the fuel tank it is made here in Greece at my shop specialized in aluminium,titanium and composite materials with over 2 decades of experience.

Aluminium series 6000 brushed finish brand new delivered with new oring seal.

It is very well engineered with 3 internal cavities and degas system.

The price is the equivalent of 500 of euros.

The tank can be shipped in France.

The tank precisely it is made out of aluminium 6082 3mm and it is tig welded with the same material.

2 x speedster turbo oem seats black leather.Like new without a mark.The codrivers seat has had a person on it rarely. 750 pounds

Bucket carbon seats.They fit the 111 chassis (vx220 and lotus) and even kit cars and sevens.

These are made completely out of kevlar and carbon fiber.There is no fiberglass anywhere.

They are being build with kevlar interior core with 3 strates of carbon fiber on both sides using double moulds.

The seats are being builded in vacuum and cured in autoclave.

These seats are not alike others on the market.They do not flex under any absurd maltratation and are completely rigid.

The final product has a flawless carbon surface front and rear and the seat can be mounted like this.The only reason to be covered with cusions is that the seat being that rigid is unconfortable for long trips.

I can build these in 3 different sizes and 2 different models.550 euro a piece

Brake balance bar system complete and plug play for the lotus/vx220 chassis.

This part is unique as it gives the opportunity to delete the obsolete abs system that gives a series of problems to the car (ice mode and so on) and gain the real natural feel to the brake pedal.Designed and engineered completely in house with our cnc machines is a piece of art that mounts directly to the chassis without any spacers and with no drills to the chassis.

 

This system allows to use 2 separete brake pumps,one for the front and one for the rear brakes.The balance can be done on the fly by turning a knob possitioned in the cabin.The unique feature of this product is that it allows to change even the weak clutch pedal plastic pump with an aluminium pump as used in the motorsport ambient.

This way we can choose throught a variety of piston diameters in order to calibrate pedal feel and force in case of an aftermarket reinforced clutch or even a motorsport multiplate clutch system. 

 

We have a variety of pumps and fluid tanks to choose.

Plug n play for all lotus elise/exige and vx220/opel speedster.

Rear coupe hatch for sale.Full carbon 1550 pounds.

 

Full interior parts in carbon coming out wuth a full carbon dashboard that will replace the oem part completely.

Front splitter and rear duffuser.Front bonnet and if there is a market i can do the doors and front and rear clam out of carbon fiber.
