I would only buy a childseat with its own built-in belts as they are far more safer thumbsup Thats why my last seat for Megan cost 160 Euros :o but it has to be done for your nippers safety Imnotworthy Ps. What is submarining? :wacko:

No child under 15 should travel in the VX because of danger of submarining (shape of the seat and position of seatbelts mounting)

My 14 year old son is taller/bigger than my wife :blink:

If one gets pushed and slides under the belt forwards. So the belt hurts stomach or something else and will not be hold back the passenger so he finally slipps towards the front.

Does this worse english help :blink:

The ruling is 12 year olds, I believe.

It is actually illegal in Switz. for someone below that age to be a front seat passenger if there are alternative spaces. Think you'd be OK (legally) with a kid in the middle front seat of a Multipla with 4 kids on board though.

My eight year old nephew loves my vx, he gets very upset if I dont give it some revs so he can here the exhaust B)
