Just shave/cut a few mm (5mm or so?) off the end of the bottom pipe?

Looks like the lower hose connection was made a tiny bit too long to just clear the chassis beam when installing. You could put a new bead on it if you think it will cut it down too far.

Bye, Arno.

Basta radere / tagliare qualche mm (circa 5 mm?)

Ciao, Arno.

You're right but I don't want to throw chips in ... I bought a plug and play and I also have to change it ?? I would like to replace it with one that mounts.
Regelin told me follow the instructions and if you have no modifications or repairs it should be there.

Ask regelin the hose connection length it should be.And overall width.
So that you can compare with the one you have.

At the location where it contact the sill it looks like you have an area of over thickness. Do you have the same on left hand side ?

Regelin told me to cut 2 millimeters from the tube and that it is normal for there to be speedsters with less space. It seems like bullshit but that's okay.
It seems that I have less space but in reality it is the external border that falls, the liss is flat without thickness but today I still control the left side.

Ok I did it !! I cut the tube about 5 millimeters and it entered.
Now I would like to make a conveyor and I have to pierce the wheel arch.
I'm sorry to puncture the fiberglass part but actually don't breathe the intercooler in the lower part. I will try the temperatures so in case I will also cut the fiberglass.

Do you have advice on the conveyor? in any case thank you very much to everyone: D

The germans had an ear extention made in a small batch.

That kind of modding may not be your cup of tea though.
