Sorry everyone but I'm going to be refunding you all over the weekend.
Supplier has got the horrors badly with our new customs arrangement- to the point they no longer want to even try sending out unless I'm buying several dozen units.
Rather than prolong it any further I'll refund shortly then I'll try again in a few months. Things will hopefully be more organised by then.
And to think I voted for brexit! Wasn't expecting it to be this bad!

Hi everyone.
You should all have had a PayPal refund now.
Really struggling with the supplier, they essentially don't want to send anything to the UK at the minute unless it's a massive order unfortunately.
I haven't had a refund yet but wanted to refund you all before the PayPal time limit runs out
I'll maybe try again in summer when customs and brexit is better sorted..

Had zero contact from supplier for weeks re a refund, finally had some response but won't give a refund. So, I'm sending a courier to collect rather than lose the money.
No idea what they'll work out at until there in hand but I'll post here when I have themðŸ‘
