Hi guys,

Need to finally get my VX remapped, I know sizetenboots isn't offering his services anymore and Courteney have a waiting list until September, with a hopeful trackday planned end of July I saw on the forums this place which had been recommended. Ive called them and then can fit work in 3 weeks from booking at the moment.

Does anyone have much experience dealing with them or even better running one of their maps on their car?

Thanks in advance

Scott

I bought my turbo with a rabbid remap on mine, I didnt actually own the car when it was mapped but have a dyno showing 223bhp peak when it had a miltek exhaust on it which I think is about in line with a stage 1 tune. As I understand it, they are well respected in the VXR community and have from a few threads on FB I have seen done good work on VXTs. The dyno is on my webpage here https://vx220.mystrikingly.com/

I have a Rabbid map on my tubby. We were there for just over 5 hours last year, most of that time the car was on the rollers (or being fixed!), so to say Richard is thorough is an understatement. My car is now just a smidge over 300 HP, but more importantly the driveability and control is very good, better than the courts stage 2 it went in with. Its nice to have the have the car mapped to how you would like it to drive, rather than just max it out for the print out numbers.

To be fair, I have also used Sean at SM Tuning in the past for a z20let map, he was also very good.

100% on driveability. All good and well quoting max bhp but it’s area under the curve and how it travels through the whole range that I am more interested in.

Had my vx turbo remapped by them last week and very pleased with the result.
Needed remapping after fitting a vxr turbo, Courtney front pipe and max88 vse Silencer.
One tip is to remove roof as Richard doesn't fit vx's to well.Posted ImagePosted Image

Richard has mapped my car many times through out my stages and been running them for over 6 years all good and smooth

He certainly know his stuff none of this copy and paste crap you get from many suppliers

Anyone tried them with a supercharged car (in my case, running Dutch software)?
