How do vendors get negative feedback removed?
Bought two lots of electrical heatshrink tube. Returned becaus they were incorrectly advertised and not the specified size. Failed to get a refund on one of the items until I complained. Gave negative feedback because of complete lack of communication.
Now on checking they have no negative feedback?.
Not the first time this has happened.
