Hello allí

I have OEM AP RACING front (i guess rear OEM is AP too)
Do the 308mm rotors fit with the OEM calipers?

Just for good looking: Is It possible to manually paint the AP RACING letters with a good result?

The 308 rotors will fit but you will need the spacers to move the caliper further out.

When it comes to painting, it's all in the prep. I painted mine black years ago then sanded the paint off the ap logo once dry. Topped off with some lacquer. It's peeling now but it is probably 8 years old.

Nice job
Do you have pictures of the process or final result?

I don't I'm afraid. I know Chris Redman fitted them in the early days of owning his car and probably has good pics but I can't find the thread now. It's a case of wheel off, caliper off with the two bolts, old disc off. New disc on, then caliper on with the spacers and longer bolts then wheel back on. Pretty straight forward.

And how about the difference among brake disk casted and aluminum bells and rotors?

I put large disc rotors with new ( supplied with rotors) bells on my track car, the discs warped so be careful what you buy and from where, mine were supplied by a known seller on here, avoid. Buy from a reputable parts seller

As I'm based in europe I was thinking buying in elise-shop.com
Bells+rotors
I guess they're reliable

To be honest, standard discs have always been fine. Yes you can save some weight by going for the fancy alu bells but the standard ones are fine. I put cooling ducts from my fog lights and have decent pads and that is fine. Oh and fluid, keep your fluid fresh. I bleed every year.
