Hello VX220 orgers

Long time no see, I used to post on here about 15 years ago so I doubt anyone knows me any more.

However I thought some might like to see this. I've been working through some of my previous car collection, painting them in a non-chronological order.

I did do a drawing of my old VX a few years back but didn't like it so that was scrapped.

If it was a commission I'd stick to trusted methods, but as this is purely for me I don't mind experimenting, and naturally experimenting leads to failures but this one was worth keeping I thought. Just finished off this morning.

Anyways, here it is, my old VX in acrylic on A3 cold-pressed paper.

Cheers :)

It’s strange actually, hadn’t really heard or seen much VX wise for a couple of years and then during the time I was painting that picture the VX220 has been mentioned twice on individual podcasts and I spotted a red one last week having not seen one for donkeys…. planets and VXs aligning.
