Driving towards Newcastle, me and our lass were going out of town in a blue NA. Nice car punk. Tim NA VX is much quicker than a Chrysler Crossfire - he was middle aged, had the top down and looked stoopid.

There is, Marco. Think it's a silver VXT with a hard top. Saw him yesterday morning on the Tyne Bridge. He lives just off Durham Road (near Valley Drive somewhere). Am sure this chap I saw in Low Fell had a black one. It was a dark colour, definitely not blue. Is there a very dark green one?

Hi there Always wanted a VX so bought car on a whim, as it was just 5 mins walk. Love it, but it is just a weekend car. From Cramlington but live in Ashington, so into the country in a couple of mins. One mistake, wish I had put another few grand in the pot and bought a turbo, still think I will get plenty of enjoyment from the little Black n/a. Had a few jaunts around Northumberland already. This still does not answer who's black n/a was in Low Fell last Saturday, as the wife has an alibi!

Spotted a black vx in Cramlington last night about 8pm, it was quick and at a distance so thought it might have been mine as dealers had it for service/brakes etc, but they have said not them as they would never take home a customers car!! Any advice, my n/a has severe condensation in front headlight, have been told this is normal and not part of warranty.

I spotted a black NA aon a Saturday a few weeks back parked up at PC World in Kingston Park. I thought the headlamps would be replaced under warranty if a certain percentage misted up. Btw welcome John

Thanks Hutch, I will put some more pressure on dealer to change under warranty. So it looks like I haven't got the only Black one in the area and I bet it turns out to be a turbo

Hi John,

Was it defo black, 'cos I was in Cramlington at about 8.15. Mine is Europa, but it was dark and you said you saw it at a distance...

Hi FKF Could not swear to colour at all in Cramlington last night, I was coming up Northumbria Road and vx turned up High Pit road passed telephone exchange. However, Black with red roof in Low Fell on the 23rd, can not be two cars like that but on 23rd mine def in garage all day. The plot thickens

That will definitely have been me then John. I was heading towards the A189 via High Pitt. Been to the in-laws on Porchester Drive. Wow - somebody spotted me!!! B) The story of the black VX is reminding me of a Noddy and Big Ears book I read as a kid. :D You sure it wasn't dirty when you went to get it out of your garage?!?! Tim
