About 4 years ago there used to be a Yellow VX N/a, it used to head from Chellaston in Derby to the A50. It had the number plate "X Bye X"

It's bad luck to change the name of a boat. I wonder if it is bad luck to change the name of a car. I change my VX's plate and it turns from a paragon of reliability to something that would shame Lada. Makes you think.

Only just saw this thread again ... UR 02 SLO is now on my VX... can't be bad luck though, since the VX has been 100% reliable (whereas the TVR ... well it was ok, apart from 2 engine rebuilds!). Picture was taken in France on the approach to the Arc de Triomphe (sp?) on our way back from Le Mans in 2002 (I think...) Would like the TVR back (and it's been hard to resist as it's been up for sale recently from the guy I sold it to), but been there, done that.. and besides, the VX is far too much fun at the moment! When were you at Donington? I think I only took the TVR there once about 2 years ago? Was there in my Polo G40 as well on the same day.... -andy-
