Has anyone managed to get insurance cover with this sc?

Ive got to re-new my insurance tomorrow :(

They are Ferkin rip off merchants  the get so much money of us anyway that im not going to tell them when i get the S/C fitted!!

I dont know any one who has had a motor checked after having a accident.
I never have.

My R6 is insured as bog standard and is tuned up to the Hilt Imnotworthy

Ive also had cars with much bigger engines than what it says on the log book and ive had no probs :)

Saying that ive just probably jinxed myself...........Errrr, infact if anyone is reading this from any insurace company, im not even typing it!,
Its my evil twin..... D1CKY

I've been on the internet and phone for virtually the whole of today and found no insurance company who is willing to give me a sub £2K quote for this mod. Still waiting on a couple of places but most of them enquire about the hp uplift and then either deny cover or quote a stupid price. If anyone gets a reasonable price from a co i'd sure appreciate a pm to let me know who it is. Living in hope- Q. :(

I got through to Adrian Flux today and got a quote for £883 fully comp, with protected no claims. At the moment i'm with Elephant and pay £640 with my current mods, wheels/Nitrons/VSE. So that is about a third increase which doesn't seem too bad. If it is any help to anyone, the insurance company that Adrian Flux got this price from is 'Equity Red Star'. I'm 29 and have 9 years no claims, no speeding or convictions and live in Essex. thumbsup

Any one tried AON Roadster insurance for your SC quotes, they are cool with mods and will also cover you for track days.
