Normally the cheaper kits are semi-universal (i.e stolen from another car's template and tweaked), and after seeing the nightmares of LSD's on the FTO (yes used to have an FTO!! Hi Adam!!) forum i used to be on, i would now steer clear of any LSD's unless they are specifically designed for the car with high quallity components, and not made by a 'cheapy' company. I think with these, price may well reflect quality/longevity and how usable it is.

I think this looks like a cool mod for the VX, given it's futuristic looks and on a practical level one thing that annoys me about the car is the fact that the doors do open very wide, to the extent that you always have to be careful in regular sized parking bays about banging adjacent cars. With LSDs you wouldn't need to worry about this nearly as much. Can anyone who has this mod comment on how much easier it is to get in and out of the car vs with normal doors. Would be interested to hear feedback on whether you think it was worth the money, plus quality of the components.

Just joined to post on the 'Imram' saga and came accross this post.

I have a mate who imports genuine DeCah LSD Doors.

If anyone is interested please check him out at.....

Cappuccino Sport

(heard all the coffee jokes!!!)

My mate owns the company, names Dany, if you speak to him say Matt from London (he lives in France now) recommended him.

Just looking to help, not trying to sell anything!!!! (got banned from a few forums for recommending my mate)

Matt
