I fitted mine this weekend (including the resistor)

Need to move the earth as didnt see the one on the pic above (at the top of page 3) so mine is currently on the main earth from the engine, no worries though will sort it tonight.

Used my odb/tech2 thingy with scantool.net software (that was a triumph for me getting that working!

Cleared the only error code (the o2 sensor one)

all running fine and no return of the eml for the last 100 miles!

woot :groupjump:

Don't get to excited yet as mine kept coming bck on around the 450-500 mile mark as I'd got one of my wires wrong!

This is my final (I hope) set up

No not that one, this one:

The green light should flash without the resistor. just check and double check your connections and then start the car and see if it flashes.

grey/black/white/white

Yep you have an original Vauxhall/Opel sensor socket. Mine is a 3rd party Bosch one and therefore the order of the colours is different but when the wires reach the socket pins it should be correct.

Go with the colours and not the order (I made that mistake to begin with :beat:  )

My new error code is P0136 - 02 Circuit malfunction bank 1 sensor 2 which means something is wired up wrong!

I emailed 02simulator and sent them a link to the digram. They have replied:

Just to make sure o2simulator installation is correct, you can check o2sim output on OBDII scanner or by using voltmeter between black and white o2simulator wires.

Output from o2simulator should be 0.3-0.6V changing every 2-5 seconds while LED is blinking.

If output is 0.3-0.6V, you can try to switch 12v power source (any constant 12V instead of using o2sensor heater power), because some car ECM cut heater 12V power when o2sensor heater element reaches normal operating temperature.

So I need to go get a volt meter.

I Have received my o2 sensor and heat sensor today, not sure on if they will work as nothing really on here to say they will, Can anyone confirm if they do work if so I will look at fitting them, also though has anyone got a final picture on how it all goes together as I can't seem to see the pic from Urbanmac as it says picture unavailable. Regards Dave
