Why is it that women can come up with a series of random unconnected events/comments/actions....dwell on them too much....make an incorrect connection and assume the world wants to conspire against them? Or maybe thats just my experiences ATM :(

Nice to hear you are doing well thumbsup Be patient with the leg I know how frustrating it can be  Once spent 6 weeks in traction followed by 10 weeks in plaster from toe to chest (hip spiker) and months of physio after breaking my Femur. Also spent 6 weeks in plaster after breaking my Fibia and 6 weeks in a fig of 8 sling after breaking my colar bone in 3 places

Had you walked under ladders or had any black cats run out in front of you one those days?! they sound some pretty serious injuries there!

Im going to be as patient as i can, i injured the same knee once before and spent not enough time in physio and too much out having fun - cant help but think im paying for it now!

I want to make sure i get out snowboarding again next season. Also want to make sure that Ill be able to be strong enough to ride like i used to........ i have time, lots of it - ill sort something :D

Thanks for all the best wishes guys :grouphug:
