I remeber when Roy Keane ( ex Manchester United player and hero) did his ligaments in his knee he did lots of cycling. Builds up muscles without putting weight on the joint. But consult the physio first.

Yep!!...worn half the letters off my keyboard now 'l' looks lika an 'i'..'a' has completely! disapeared and 's' is going the same way too being closely followed by 'n'

Wonder if one can buy sticky-on letters for keyboards?

Started on the already, heading out to have a big fat curry in Windsor. Need to keep my strength up for tomorrow Doing what is possibly one of the most hateful of DIY jobs.... sanding a floor using one of those upright drum sanders. In the words of Marjorie Dawes "Dust, anybody no? DUST!" Have a good one folks

You too our-kid. have a nice night in preperation for the hard work tomorrow. That's a great job though, sanding the floor. Love those machines, great fun, makes you look 50 years older though with all the sawdust in your hair (scarey)

Damn (if i had a brain i'd be dangerous) just made a lovely big mug of milky coffee (thick and creamy) but forgot i'd made it. Microwave is playing-up and instad of turning-off at the time selected, it goes around the clock again. Just been downstairs to collect said milky drink, just to find it's now swimming around the bottom of the microwave frothing and brimming like something from a horor film ..damn means i'v got to clean-out the stupid thing before i can make another oh my life is so complicated

yep...tis all that's in there. Every cupboard bare apart from coffee/sugar and fridge full of milk. Cat only has dried food

Bet your cupboards are all full and healthy looking, with all healthy fresh food in the fridge

Oh and a full wine rack of course
