You know the bit that makes me cry, is that Crownhill are going to be a Lotus dealer, its been in the plans for months, they are going to extend my old showroom out.
If they struggle to run a Vauxhall dealership, just imagine what a mess they can make of a Lotus one, imagine if there were a local dealership, who offered fantastic service and dealt in VX220, Lotus, TVR, Ferrari, Noble and Porsche, wouldnt it be heaven? just imagine, being treated as a car enthusiast by car enthusiasts.

That is truly bloody frightening. Do Lotus not do any qualilty checks on prospective dealers. They ought to hang out here for a while. You know the bit that makes me cry, is that Crownhill are going to be a Lotus dealer

My car is at Crownhill today
Only hope I get it back in one piece having read this thread...
So are W Grose better Wayne? I'd be happy just to talk to a human being who doesn't treat you like scum/an idiot/something they've stepped in!
Edit: Forgot to mention these are the same plonkers that scratched both n/s doors of my company car when it was in for service - still awaiting them to repair after admitting liability nearly 2 months ago
