I'm looking at buying a VX220 N/A with 7000 miles to repair. Unfortunately it hit somebody from behind very lightly and the rear was tapped. List of damaged parts:
1x o/s headlight - quoted £185 + VAT
1x n/s tail light - quoted £75 + VAT
1x front clam - £400 needs slight repair
1x rear clam - £250 needs repainting
1x carbon fibre crash box (is this the technical term?!)
1x windscreen
1x exhaust box
1x radiator
That's going to be expensive from Vauxhall! I have most parts lined up but just wondered if you could beat these prices - if you've got any standard parts spare or are there any suppliers cheaper than Vauxhall, particularly the windscreen, rad and exhaust?
Also is there any exploded diagrams or parts lists on the net or does anybody have any they could email, particularly body work and the front end.
Thanks a lot should be a fun summer fixing this up!

I haven't had a look at it but I think the Vauxhall TIS cd sounds like what your looking for. I have a similar CD for my bike and it's got how to's for most tasks and a parts list.
