..a woman (quite nice one too) wanted a two hundred pound refund ..turns out a two pence piece had got between the inner/outer drum on her washing machine and was punching-up holes in the drum that were snagging her cloths ..but i'm getting it repaired for her, free of charge (i'm nice like that)..

What a great thread ! I think all WA posters should be banned from it tho ! My contribution..... A girl i work with was in Blackpool over the weekend and gave me a really glass naff paperweight with a etched donkey on it. Oh and my postie has started giving us the next door neighbours mail.
