Thank you for quoting the highway code to me That is all well and good when you have a slip road to increase your speed on. However, the junction that I have to use to join the national speed limit dual carriageway is nothing but a t junction . So I can't do that. And secondly, if you are on the dual carriageway and nothing is overtaking you, why would you not move over to allow vehicles at the junction to join the dual carriageway? I.e. my previous post.
Hell yeah!!! I think they are the same people who sit in the slow lane when you are trying to join a dual carriageway so won't let you in. Ignorant selfish doodahs!
One speed drivers.
It's 60 limit they drive 40.
It's 30 limit they drive 40.
Pisses me right off.
ETA The language nanny state that is .Org hasn't masked my use of the 'C' word??? Cool!! Fire away Mr Slindborg
Driving on the motorway

Joining the motorway. When you join the motorway you will normally approach it from a road on the left (a slip road) or from an adjoining motorway. You should
* give priority to traffic already on the motorway
* check the traffic on the motorway and match your speed to fit safely into the traffic flow in the left-hand lane
