oooooh where do i start? people who enter motorway off slip rd and have to get straight in the fast lane only to drive slow. then im sure its the same person who thinks the gap that i have left between me and the car in front is for them to jump in. only then to go off the motorway when there was nothing behind me ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh

You forgot about the Estate Agents fees, which represent the biggest single take in a house transaction, for the least amount of work. Nobody seems to complain about that.

Imagine if, say Auto Trader creamed 1.5% agent fees on each car sale? There would be fucking uproar. Why should estate agents do it? They only take a few photos, write a report and put an ad in their window and tinternet then get at least 1% profit from the sale. Outrageous.

And anyone who thinks otherwise can fuck off too.

While we're on the subject of property.... The fact that in the last 2 weeks I've now 'agreed' with two seperate landlords to rent an apartment/house and both times been rung shortly after to be told either they/their current tenant has changed their mind and I wont be able to rent the property after all. My current landlord must think I'm a schizo or something as I've now handed my notice and then retracted it twice. I've already had to turn down two very nice apartments because I couldn't get the car up the steep driveway, I'm starting to lose all motivation for moving. Feel utterly drained, pissed off and generally fed up.

My three biggest bugbears for the week (in no particular order) are: 1. Drivers who sit with their foot on the brake dazzling anyone stopped behind Have some consideration, use your f***ing handbrake, learn some clutch control! 2. People jumping on the bandwagon of spouting nonsense illiterate phrases such as "for free" It just makes you sound (even more) stupid - pack it in! 3. What is it with leaving broken umbrellas lying around on the footpath (I came across two just this morning)? Technically, dropping a fag butt is littering! So put your rubbish in the bin, you thoughtless c**ts! Thank you for listening JJ

My old man is terrible for that... We have had many a heated conversation about it. He works on the principle that he will sell the car before it becomes an issue so why bother. This is a man who bought a Lexus IS220D so he could improve his efficiency and he wonders why can't get past 40mpg, whereas on a run to the Toom and back I reckon I could get well past the 70mpg mark.
