06:00AM - Breakfast
12:00PM - Dinner
06:00PM - Tea
10:00PM - Supper

Then when I feel like it 10:00 - Elevenses (I know) or Brunch. How I am only 11.5 Stone is a mystery - though I did use to be less than 9stone and at 5ft10" I was dangerously underweight...

Nah that isn't dinner... As a minimum: Soup + Sarnie + Yorghurt or a peice of fruit. Or Jacket Tattie with topping.

Dinner is omlet and chips or pizza or meatballs or something. Tea is lasagne or steak or chicken etc. All with plenty of gravy as dry food is urgh!!

what do you have for supper? @ Zoobeef, I know that you are running about doing army things all day so that amount of foods makes sense , but its difficult for me to eat more than a sarnie at my desk so is that still dinner? its all so confusing?

Supper for me is usually a microwavable meal mmmm.

No youve completely missed dinner and just had 1 snack between breakfast and tea :o

I usually have toast at my 10am break and chocolate crisps at my 3pm break. If i only have a sandwich at dinner i would have to increase the amount at those other 2 snack times
