My company makes the machines that puts those lids/films on. People use the wrong/cheap film and the operators change all the machine settings.

Getting a good insurance quote from Need to Insure starting in 6 weeks time, taking your car off the road to plan for it, calling up to purchase the quote then having them say "oh it was just an indicative quote, here is an additional £300 you need to pay if you actually want it", despite it saying the quote was guaranteed for 30 days . Funny how CCI's quote wasn't "indicative" only, even though the circumstances were exactly the same.

People who raise job requests or "incidents" with bewildering insufficent information inside then go on holiday....time wasted, SHITE in the job queue, SLA's missed and probably moaned at on their return beause they can't speak fcuking english or read the questions in said form. Questions that to me (and I didn't write them) seem so basic a child could understand, Also don't post an email thread in a request, the shite system I use to pick them up was designed for screens of about 640x480 and I can't be arsed or follow 45 mails worth of waffle in a 2cm high dialogue box. ALSO If you work on a service desk or in IT Asset Management, . Escalating to me a request/incident with the email address for the user as "UNKNOWN" is unacceptable. If you can't find them..chances are I can't but you have them on the fcuking phone, idiot!
