By way of contract:
I have an HSBC account for which i didn't need a new profile.
HSBC business customer services couldn't be better in my experience.
Every account needs a profile and a business profile can not be used as a personal profile, that came from the head of business customer services.
Business account has not been great from day 1, the fact we were supposed to leave the bank with opened an accessable account that was the first fail as they could not get the key fobs registed as they were locked in the safe which they could not open. They closed our old account too early so direct debits got bounced and failed to photcopy my passport correctly so I had make a second trip to the bank.
Impressed I am not.

Bad day at the office CT?
No usual day at the funny farm. HATE being in a marketing office with a bunch of air head dolly birds who spout sh** the entire day. Ask them a direct question and they are fcuked. Never known so many insecure people EVER.
My manner and demeanor goes no where. Bubbly attitude - go hump yourself.

People eating breakfast in the office.
Get up 10 mins earlier and eat it at home you lazy fcuker.
Sorry - but I disagree on that point Chris.
I eat my breakfast at work, but normally before anyone else arrives. Unfortunately I have to get up about an hour earlier than any of my colleagues at 6am. If I was to eat before I left the house I would need a dump half way to work. Now given that I spend approximately 50mins each morning on motorways with no service-station (or options to 'shed a load') then I have to eat once I get to work.
In fact I know from discussions with some of my colleagues - I am sometimes at my desk before they have even gotten out of bed.

I'd annoy you!
Roll with square sausage at my desk.
