Fücking job market... Give Mel a fücking break and let us get on with our lives again!!! 3yr career break for her to train up to be an asset to society, only to find that no schools really want an NQT, so look at other parts of the job market to at least get a foothold in life again. Nope... I honestly am sick to fcuking death of this all now!

There was actually a guy that looked like you on one a few weeks ago. He was not as handsome though. He looked oddly like a big bald George Fornby so actually, not a million miles away

I believe in revenge/Retribution in such cases.

I could also think she had a grand old innings at 93...not right I know, but snuffing out kids sub 13 just really pisses me off

And I'm really trying not to consider their motives for doing such an act?

16 kids...we have too many...what shall we do about it to make the benefits balance?

Time will tell when the truth outs; I can't help feeling it's going to be bloody brutal :(

After this "Shameless Mick" has made a semi-celebrity life for himself out of fathering 17 kids I would not restrict my argument for compulsory sterilization to the female of the sub species.

In the education sector privatisation would be beneficial to NQTs as they are cheap in comparison to their Non-NQT peers.

The fcuk-up for NQTs is the new Ofsted regime which is tearing into the 'satisfactory' schools, dumping them into unsatisfactory categories and meaning that any vacancies they advertise cannot take an NQT - no matter how good and committed they are.

However when looking at local governance... Then you appear to be bang on the money - so much so anyone trying to get into work is also battling against those that have fallen out of the civil service tree.

If they are blocking it and noticing you're getting round it and then blocking that. Then you are more thann likely getting on someone elses tits. I'd find out why they are blocking it, you may end up getting your nuts felt.

Im pretty sure i am getting on their tits as they actually have to do some work for a change :lol: I spoke to the IT manager earlier to ask why the forum is blocked and he said they are "blocking the most visited non-work related websites", as this company employs over 2000 employees i find it quite an achievement that alone i have got .org into that list :lol: I told him i would get round their filter and he wished me luck... what a nice chap :D
