Horse owners, who can't leave their horses in the fields where they are happiest! They seem to be forever lugging them around the countryside after their 4 x 4's in second gear. It wouldn't be so bad but these horseboxes are like a becon to all the others who wish to drive along at half the posted limits in convoy, rendering them impassable.

Cisco releasing a 'minor' update to their firewalls with a major rework of how a important section works, but it's OK because they provide an update process that does a half arsed job so you have to rewrite half your configuration on the fly while you also learn how it actually works. Result = 15 hour day yesterday plus stressful day today.

Best thing we ever did was dump our PIX firewalls. The Devil's very own spawn.

Sitting at the airport waiting for your late plane. Why do people queue to get on? Why don't you sit down and wait for the queue to finish? People desparate to get on the plane even though they have an allocated seat.

Because "the sooner you get on the airplane the sooner the holiday starts"

You know that is what goes through some peoples heads, as the queue for the return flight is always smaller - even though the plane is typically cleaner and cooler

You may have an allocated seat but you can almost guarantee that if you're last on you ain't gonna get any overhead locker space. Don't get me wrong I'm not the first on, but I don't want to be last on either.

People that save themselves the trouble of waiting for their baggage on the carousel by taking 4 carry ons and using up a locker meant for 4 seats.. though I did have a hamlet moment when I removed two of them and plonked them on the owners lap (guy), put my bag in and then sat down.. I can be a bit intimidating when I'm pissed off and wearing a suit :)
