Restaurants that automatically charge 12.5% service charge. doodah off. I pay what the fcuk I like, when I feel it is justified to do so. And no, don't fcukin argue with me when I ask you to take it off.

Capiche?

Ooh, yes, with you on that one. Am I willing to pay extra for sh*t/indifferent service? No. Why do you think I would?

Agreed, however I have never got the balls/heart to argue in restaurants so I usually just pay it and never go there again

Totally agree.

When I look at prices in a restaurant, that generally includes bringing it to my table and serving me etc. I've been to places before where I've left the amount minus the service charge and walked out.

People get extra by way of a tip if they deserve it. I don't give it to everyone, just the nice and efficient ones. I've been in a big party before and told the waitress to remove the service charge and I would give it plus more as a tip because I wanted to make sure they got it directly rather than it getting swallowed into the takings. If I bring a big group of people, I am bringing in a lot of business to the restaurant.... why should I have to pay extra for this?

How come there's strict correct measures for alcohol in pubs/restaurants,yet soft drinks they can get away with filling a glass FULL of ice (which costs little if not nothing) then add a drop of coke/lemonade ect and think its ok to charge a fortune for it!!

I do this.

Mostly because they are in abundance and empty. But also as I like to annoy people who dislike it without logic other than they think its not right.

Up yis!

Looking at your Interests, I would suggest you need to work for those little bits of paper to pay for them.

Thats my point though, you work for essentially paper and numbers. why cant currency be something more interesting like this week you'll be paid in steaks, then next week you'll have a re-map for the vx.

My biggest pet hate!!! Most the road users don't bother using them anymore and those on the motorway that do have already started changing lanes before they put them on!Also why do some people never use there headlights on these dark wet days!!

rant over!

Hi Judderman, Do you have any .NET coding experience? If so, I have 2lb of frozen peas waiting for you, hours at 8am-6pm, no lunch break (well you can, but it involves you picking up mine from the sandwich shop), next week it's 4.5year old frozen brocoli I found in the back of the freezer.. I won't spoil the surprise but the week after could be slightly soft parsnips, potatoes with no less than 8 roots growing out of each or some apples - when can you start?
