When I was about 16 (beginning of the 70's) and waiting alone for a bus to school in Manchester, J. King stopped in his black Ford Zodiac Executive and gave me a lift. It wasn't raining 'cos I remember being impressed by the open sunroof, so he hadn't simply taken pity on me. Must've fancied me? :unsure: :o

He did seem rather weird, but he wasn't incognito – he told me who he was and even gave me his card – think he was trying to impress me :unsure: I remember not feeling at ease and glad to get out. Lucky escape?! :drink:

I suppose I was a pretty innocent 6th former back then...

What gets on my tits is track days where (mainly Porsche) drivers brake nearly down to walking pace and proceed to tip-toe through the twisties only to shoot off again on the straights :beat: Where is the fun in that? :blink:

honestly the only thing bothering me is work :angry: ....Just sitting waiting for somthing to go wrong :( is the very worst aspect of IT thumbsdown . Noty very often I get stuck with a job this sh*t but... :( :(
