This one I certainly said no auto-renewal on, but to make things a bit more fun they just took the money without even sending through a quote. Just got a thanks for renewing letter today (they took the money Friday!). Then just spent 30 minutes on phone to stop my car auto-renewal. 15 mins to speak to someone, 5 mins explaining I'm getting rid of the car so certainly don't want to renew, then 10 mins for them to process it.

content renewal reminder from Barclays dropped through the letterbox last week "you have opted for the renewal premium to be paid by automatic continuous credit card." NO I DIDN`T! 12 months ago I specifically stated that I didn`t want automatic renewal, Grrrrrrrr! spoke to a lovely young lady at Barclays customer service ...."oh very sorry Sir, not sure how this could have happened" ......I WANT TO SPEAK TO ANTONY JENKINS.

Insurance + complacency = p*ss take.

When selling something the classic 'what's your lowest price' or 'what's your last price'. It's £50 more than the listed price you fuktard, how can you barter without even asking any questions let alone seeing what's for sale?! Guarantee that after getting a 'last price' they turn up and try and chip you some more. Wnakers.
