"Hi ho silver lining" played at wedding receptions. "Rock around the clock" played at wedding receptions. Anyone jiving at wedding receptions. Frank Sinatra's "New York, New York" at the end of a wedding reception. Etc.

Last wedding I went to I was the only guest. They had to hire someone to act as the other witness.

The time before the groom had left his long time girlfriend and two kids to marry his heavily pregnant bride whose visa was about to expire. 'If anyone knows of any lawful impediment....

*cough*.

My policy now is never go to weddings or funerals.

Ever.

Especially my own funeral.

I am convinced my Peugeot Bipper had 2 new ECUs under warranty...funnily enough they had it for about a week each time, but "couldn't find anything wrong with it"
