Probably the same guy who did the headlights. Audi once tried to charge me £78 to replace an H7 bulb then slammed the bonnet closed with the one they'd taken out in the shut line. Useless useless useless.

Had a callout earlier. It took just under 2 hours to get there fighting through snow, torrential rain, traffic, high winds etc from 5 on a Friday evening. About 2 minutes from site the guy phoned me and said it was okay, it was working again. *sigh* I said I would still turn up and have a look. It was working fine and he piped up, "The lift in the other block was off too and that's working again" "Have you had a powercut today?" "Yes...about 3 or 4!" :9mm:

There's a lot of retards on this planet and looking at the new generation that were in my local McDonalds last night,there's gonna be a whole lot more retards about! (They didn't even understand what a rubbish bin was for! They just left there rubbish on the table and then moved to a clean table where they started playing music and grunted to each other!

I hate to say it, but from my own experiences devolution has occurred in our youths. My 20+ students are a different breed to my 16-19's. Life experience does have a part to play, but educationally and attitudinaly they are poles apart. + Every year has shown the 16-17yr old students have lower ability in Maths, English & ICT

You take your time building some kitchen units for Mum-in-law because she can't cope with house being upset for too long a period; then the d1ckheads who transport it bounce it about in a trailer like they drive without a trailer & it gets to destination & undone all the work including damage foc, unload then fcuk off without a word!

Same in Telecoms. It's all moving that way. Really no need for the huge old Private Branch Exchanges of old. With calls delivered over IP trunks using SIP rather than multiple ISDN PRI's with their supporting kit and cabinets, IP phones rather than hard wired analogues or digitals. There really is no need for so much kit on site. Agree that the term is sickenly overused though!
