Don't get me started. They came after me for their screw up that happened 5 years prior then made threatening noises when I didn't pay immediately because I was asking for a full breakdown.

My Airport Extreme used to be in my living room.  It is now in the study where my pc used to be and in there is connected perfectly to the wifi.  Now if I use my laptop in the living room and the router is in the study I get fcuk all.
