Pomegranates:

Big effort, sod all payoff.

nigella likes them, she has big jubblies, ergo Pomegranates are ace.

No She doesn't. Really. Where is that written down? She probably hates them.

However. I had a dream and in that dream she loved having my man-fat liberally drizzled over those jubblies. Now that's ace!

kind of fits with the OP's question "what get's on Nigella's tits" too, doesn't it?

This has got me worried, and I need reassurance (yeh obviously you cleaters all going to give me that). :D  I've got a new carbon fibre bike and am about to fit cleats after my neighbour has been telling me how easy they are to get used to and no mention of starter mishaps.   Having spent all that dosh last thing I want to do is fook the new bike up straight away by falling off.  I'm less concerned about myself than the bike.

Least you found somewhere soft(ish) to land Steve. Everyone falls off due to cleats when they get them :D

CLEATS? simple... wind off the tension resistance.. you will know if its too slack when your shoe pops out on the up stroke... then slightly increase tension.. to balance out the upstroke pull, spd`s have small allen key screws with + &  -

This, then your foot will come off the pedal much easier when you fall off  You only fall off when you come to stop and forget to unclip so you are not moving so you only hurt your pride and not the bike. Cleats are a must by the way, you will never rider a bike without them ever again. You may not fall off, just make sure you un clip with plent of time to spare till it becomes second nature.

Who killed Lucy Beale?  Thank God that's over - sick of seeing headlines about it.  I've no fkuking idea, and I don't want to have any fkuking idea.  When I don't have 'domestics' in my own home, why would I want to waste hours of my life every week of my life watching them in some never ending puerile moronic drivel in which everyone spends their time being exceedingly unpleasant to each 'ovver', thus giving the mindless imbeciles who are enslaved to it the idea that what they are watching is the correct way for people to conduct themselves?

I heard that, but who the fcuk is Bobby?

/Actually don't answer that as I don't give a sh*t. The day I moved out was the day I was last subjected to that shite. I fortunately have a wife that has no interest in UK soaps... But somehow is a fan of the American Mega-series.
