Either 1) Poor hygiene
2) Bum grapes (haemorrhoids)
or
3) Worms
edit to add disclaimer; this is not an exhaustive list, if your arse is still itchy, wipe your bum better then go and seek professional medical advice

Spot on1. Baby on board signs- do not serve any useful purpose. Congratulations on having children but I have no intention of crashing. The fact that you have even bought the sign signals you are a twat and if I had the choice I would rather crash into you than another motorist.

Except - they apparently mean that the emergency services will try extra hard to find a baby/child in a crashed vehicle - so we have one OK! Still haven't had opportunity to try it in the VX though!Baby on board signs- do not serve any useful purpose. Congratulations on having children but I have no intention of crashing. I've heard this shite before. If the warning sign is that vital to the safety in a rescue situation:Except - they apparently mean that the emergency services will try extra hard to find a baby/child in a crashed vehicle - so we have one OK! Still haven't had opportunity to try it in the VX though!
1. Why do they often say Toddler on Board or Mum to be on Board? One would hate to think that the emergency services would waste valuable seconds and ignore a dying baby because they were desperately searching for a "Little Rascal" that was on board. One might also add that perhaps some people run the risk of being prosecuted for operating an unlicensed "Mum's Taxi".
2. Why are they stuck on the back window with something used to hold up RSPB bird feeders? Perhaps something more permanent or durable might be an idea. Perhaps something along the lines of a Hazmat label would be more suitable.
3. Do you think a much clearer warning would be more suitable? Details of the number of occupants, their names and their blood type might be far better. Perhaps you could take a lead from motorsport in this respect.
Incidentally, when the baby is not on board do you take it off? Again it would be terrible to think of rescue workers looking for a non existent baby.
