Speakers on the back of phones and tablets. My ears are on the same side of the tablet as my fcuking eyes. How about to project the sound towards my fcuking ears so I dont have to sit cupping the edge of it to bounce the soundwaves.

Useless other drivers causing an accident but technically being "in the right".

 

Mrs Moospeed was turning right from a side road, car approaching from the right so she's giving way, car indicates left (to go down the road my wife is in) - slows down to take the turn.  As it's a busy road my wife decides to pull out at which point other driver goes straight on rather than left and veers right into the space that is now occupied by our car.  Big knock, possibly both cars (SUV's) written off.

 

Now I know that it's "my wife's fault" because apparently indicators are not a signal of indication, you have to wait for the other vehicle to have completed the manoeuvre - but really...??? no-one would ever get out onto a busy road if that was the case.

 

Hey ho, another five years of hiked up premiums then because some other driver either can't work an indicator or can't decide which way to go.

Nah, she lives just up that same road, fairly posh area and had the kids in the car on the way to a school run.

 

I know Mrs is "in the wrong" as far as the rules go - but nevertheless, this is very much on our tits right now.

I've recently installed a new utility room at home incorporating a sink...tap was not marked with the hot and cold sides....suggested to my wife that we could use "Red on the right" being a way of remembering which tap was hot...did not go down well as she pointed out throughout the house on the marked hot and cold taps, cold was on the right! Seems like logic does not work with girls when it comes to taps or is it just a bloke thing?

Sure its been mentioned elsewhere in here but any cyclist who seems to think they are on the tour de france and dont have to adhere to the highway code and more so any road law all because they dont want to ruin their strava time or average speed!
