today went thru a fcuking great pot hole. front o/s went right down it and nearly rattled me fillings out. Hope the VX is not damaged, tracking, tyre, wheel. seems to drive alright just have to keep an eye on tyre wear. I live on the Surrey/Sussex border and you defo notice the change in road quality as you go from one county to the other. Surrey roads IMO are crap!

1. The TV channel logo permanently loaded in the corner of the picture. Really annoying. Time was only one or two random channels did it - now it seems to be most of them. Point?

2. And why on earth have BBC1 and Five (not sure about the others) suddenly introduced these appalling 60 second or whatever news updates?

3. My new microwave. Once it's finished cooking, it bleeps really loudly until you open the door or hit cancel. Aaargghhh...What is the point of that? Particularly since many microwave foods require that you leave food standing at the end of cooking...

That is being mis-reported - it is a loan, which will be paid back in full, and therefore will not cost the tax payer anything. NR also have more than enough assets (from what I read) to cover the amount.
