Orange are just as bad. They over charged me by £90 which they were not authorised to take out of my account for a handset and it took me 2 months to get the money back (they even asked me to submit bank statements at one stage to prove I handn't been refunded because they said it had been done). I was passed on from one incompetent CSR to another, then onto another department who were equally as incompetent and seemed to not even be able to read the notes on my account - I recall Candice or whatever her name was telling me that there was no notes (har de har; laugh a minue she was). Then I get told to email, fax, wait for calls and call back next week?! I was totally wracked off with it and after being put on hold for 50 minutes (steam was spilling out my ears), which is illegal for one particular call - I was not the most pleasant person to deal with. But after threatening with Trading Standards for the plethora of offences they committed I got my refund. And so I lived happily ever after - but it's not something I care to experience again!

My neighbour's fricking S2000 - the alarm goes off several times every day  Whenever a car parks directly behind/in front of it, it goes off from the vibrations; and even cars driving past sometimes set it off. How constantly having to come out of the house to turn it off doesn't force them to do something, I don't know. Sell the gay heap of tat thumbsup

People selling their VX's that end the advert with.. "No offers, I am lucky that I am in a position that I don't have to sell it.." then why the hell have you taken the time to write the advert and post it, and more to the point why have you wasted my time reading the fecking thing? - If you are only looking for an evaluation of your car, how about you keep an eye on PH at some which the owners have actually put up to sell so you have an idea of what it's worth?

Bloody eBay :angry2: I'm moving out of my house tomorrow, and put up a one day listing due to end today - and there were loads of watchers. Just logged in to find that eIdiots pulled the ad because it had 'as new' in the title - and that's regarded as 'key word spamming'. WTF? Who the hell searches for 'as new' you stupid idiots  :flame: :9mm: It's a fact, not a key word. And now I'm stuck with the bloody item :9mm:

i can't believe that you'd ever consider selling the, and i quote,

"plastic tub that looks like a Campino sweet"

If you like i'll swap you my Vx for it? I have a feeling the tub is of more value....

Paris Hilton... and pretty much every other attention seeking, air-headed whore who thinks the sun shines out of her arse just because she was born into a sack of cash.

The TESCO executive that insists all his managers tell the till operators to say 'would you like help with your packing?' or they're sacked.  Why not let the till operators determine whether the customer would take such a question offensively if all they were purchasing was a prepackaged prawn coctail?
