Thanks for that - I do have a set of blue ones ... and I too have experienced the 'funny looks' so I've not been using them and I pay the price everytime I swim. So tonight - I will wear my blue things with pride ... they will totally clash against the red and black goggles ... still ladies only so I won't be turning the ususal heads (not that I look these days)

Well as an update the lugs didn't go down well. The ladies night was RAMMED. Slow lanes quite empty but the fast lane was full of people swimming ... slow. So myself and another two girlies decided to up the pace and over take a little much to the annoyance of one lady who asked the life guard to ask us to leave. She was politely asked to change lanes, but refused. So ... we had to go.vThe other ladies were ok about being overtaken and were polite by letting us go in front for turn starts etc (I get dreadful cramp if I have to twist off from the wrong side) So what got on her tits? Blatantly the clashing goggles and ear plugs We were trying to be respectful but 10 peeps in that lane when the others is shallow water would suit them better? Hmm. I will stick to the rough nights

I have not read all 75 pages so I'm sure this has been listed but having spent 4 hours on the M6 today ( not in the VX ) MIDDLE LANE DRIVERS!!! It's not a slow lane, a middle lane ( for tossers ) and then a fast lane It's the left lane and then two over taking lanes!!!! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr I class myself as a good driver so wont under take or tail gate but you end up being driven to dispair
