I have only ever heard of them referred to on here as 'lined' or 'unlined'. In my ignorance, I assumed that 'unlined' meant that the underside was simply the bare fibreglass. You carry on - it was just me learning somefink noo :D

PS Thanks for the explanations, and sorry for sullying your thread!

People who bang on about spelling, grammar, text speak etc. etc. then post somefink noo .....

sorry YOB couldn't resist :groupjump:

I was going to put '[sic]' after it to indicate it was done on purpose, but I figured it would be obvious :D

The 'Go Compare' adverts - argh

You know what Mike? I will never be able to look at that emoticon again without thinking of that!

I really really loathe the Ant & Dec Wii and whatever else ads. I love those two normally, but even they don't seem to be very good at hiding how utterly sh** the ads are, and how unconvincing the message (see below) is. Does anyone actually care who wins the challenges?

I hate even more how the ads make out that some gadget is solving the worlds problems, and is an indispensable social tool (when Wii and those hand-held stupid things, I don't know what they're called, have to be the most anti-social things ever) - how it brings families together, how it livens up evenings in the pub, how it singlehandedly prevents acute boredom, how it is the only thing in the whole wide world which keeps your brain ticking over. Argh :beat: Have a fricking conversation!

Never said a pc solves the world's problems, or is an indispensable social tool - and I'm not sure it does/is :) If someone said right now 'let's go to the pub for a drink and a chat' - I'd choose that over you!

Can I come!! Currently on my own, half way through a pack of San Miguel, wondering what to do with the rest of my night.

Call of Duty is tempting....

Back on topic... Fifth gear. Currently, one of the tw*t presenters is parking his Nissan Micra (or similar piece of crap car) in as many parking spaces as he can in 90 seconds. Who the hell wants to see that?! At least try and make it funny!!!!

'Literally' has to be worse. 'My jaw literally hit the floor'. It did?

The phrase 'turned round' eg 'I turned round and said to him...' - a Jeremy Kyle favourite, along with 'at the end of the day'

Oh. My. God. I am afraid (am I, really?) to say (or think and type, I don't believe I said it outloud) my opinion of you just, like, hit the floor, like, u watch JK!!!!

Buying a new no-maintenance calcium battery for the vx and then worrying that it'll go flat again, so purchase a battery charger that i later read says 'for use on lead acid batteries only' :beat:

My garage, because I have to take the roof off the car to get in / out.

Yes it is that narrow :o

Perhaps the day is the day to think out of the box, I have the same problem, so can one of the whiz kids on this website design a folding door for the VX, or a concertina one, any drawings to show what it might look like ? !

Cheers, and Happy Christmas.
