Oh, this is quite brilliant. Streetcar are now charging 95p if you make, amend or cancel a booking over the 'phone (as opposed to via the internet or their iPhone app)

They charged me 95p today for telling me that the van I booked was going to be available half an hour later than I requested, since the person having it before me was going to be late Needless to say, a 'phone call was made...

living in a rural area I come across this example of f**kwittery on a daily basis...the version that trumps this however is the dozy nutsacks that buy a rangerover (or similar school wagon) and to avoid scratching it drive in the middle of the road at 35 mph so you cant overtake and the accelerate as they go into a 30 limit....

I'm particularly fond of drivers who speed up just to flash/beep you - like the one yesterday who put his foot down, so he could hoot at me as I was reversing a van out of a driveway - even though he saw me from metres and metres away

The utter utter ejit in a van today, who decided he'd pull out of the side-road I was turning a van into - and cut across the front of me as I was turning. To boot, him and his 'bird' decided to give us black looks I was so astounded, I couldn't find the beeper - and just sat there in the middle of the road with my mouth open. Even my father was absolutely astounded and speechless

my renault traffic breaks down so i take it to the garage, 2 weeks later it goes to the renault dealership as the first company cannot fix it?!?! anyway fair enough i can understand that... another 2 weeks later, your van is ready, the undertray is broken though... plus your number plate is broken?!? ok... whatever just let me have my van back. just drove it and feck me its a death trap!!! it jerks from 2k rpm to 3k rpm then completely dies and shuts down above 3k rpm so i lose all power, steering brakes etc...
