My insomnia. Over a month now and not a decent nights sleep.
The Tamazepam make me pass out but then give me really vivid dreams and I wake up.
You have my sympathy. Sleep deprivation is a very hard pill to swallow (pun intended). There are alternatives to tamazepam, have you consulted your doctor regarding it's effects and asked for information on possible changes?
Hoping you find a balance and manage some decent sleep soon [/grouphug]

The people who just barge you out of the way and refuse to filter in turn when two lanes become one.
Had one woman so close today, I knocked on her door and asked if she intended on driving over me. She just sucked her teeth and told me not to touch her car.
I could have got out, taken my wheel brace out of my boot and smashed every fcuking window on her car.
You would have been better just undoing the wheel nuts on her car.... Can't be charged for that and would fcuk her day up properly getting her hands dirty or just having to get the manky spanner out of her boot.

oh dear Cliffie, you are a grump today!Digital TV.
Just joined the 21st century and gone digital.
We now have 70 something channels of absolute crap, only thing worth watching was a 10 year old Mock the Week. That's how poor it is. I mean, the only thing worth looking at is an out of date current affairs programme.
WTF is Gay Rabbit, I didn't even dare go on that one.

[/grouphug returned]..I still get the message saying 'you are not allowed to use this image extension on this board' whenever i try to use that smilie or quote a post with it in (silly forum glitches).
I would go for a spin now and definitely join you if i could (many thanks for the thought/invite Ali) but i have warped my front drivers side brake disc or something. I've no idea what has happened but nat and adam are going to have a look at it for me in a couple of weeks, so i'm dead in the water untill it's diagnosed and sorted.
I hope that you all have a lovely and safe time though.
Best regards...

Still I guess the gene pool will deepen if they all end up under busses.
Sorry, but the gene pool in the UK is progressively narrowing to be just CNUTS.
The day those who work can afford to have kids will the day this country gets back on track.... At the moment all we have is work shy bastards and mongs producing generation after generation of fcuking inept work-shy tossers sapping the UK workforce of National Insurance payments to sit on their fcuking fat arses smoking cigarettes and filling up the Cancer Clinics with their diseased 13yo lungs.
Ooooh I feel better for that!

I know you are not particular comfortable in doing any work yourself.... but seriously changing a disc is no more difficult (it turns out) than making beans on toast. Actually I think the later actually has more steps involved and actually even takes longer.
Come on my man... pull your thumb out

I'm sure that they have enough on their plates already without a needy icey but it's a testament to what total stars they are that they're making time to help (bless them both)
