Big thumbs up for Archie Moss in Loughborough. Proffessional service, very customer focussed and keen to help. They spent time to explain what was wrong with the car and were happy for me to go away and ivestigate other options before ordering parts. They also waived the fault finding charge when i informed them that i wasn't made aware of it before booking the car in. No quibbles! I will definately be taking my VX back. This is the first dealer i have been happy with since dealing with BHS. Top drawer (and the only decent VXL dealer i have found in the leicester area)! Jim

Only had minor stuff there but all was good. I bought my VXT from them, seem to be good people there. Shame they are 2 hours away, now I have to suffer london dealers

Actually when i was writing it i was thinking - they were so much better than the Loughborough lot and must have put that by mistake!! What a div

Any idea what they charge for a service ? I assume they will provide a courtesy car. May try them next time instead of Pentagon, who were ok but a bit expensive. Cheers
