Nice pic Jase. All these nice pics are making me think about getting out of bed early on a Saturday morning to get some sunrise pics. Chances are slim though, fed up with leaving for work in the dark during the week.

Why oh why did I have to go and lose all of my pics. It's killing me not being able to submit any. I've only got 3 VX pics to my name now Well I'm posting one anyway

I have been slack as fcuk on the old photo taking front! Since I got home from oz with my shiny new dSLR I haven't even had the time to properly learn it and play with it Damn work, damn it to hell!!

Anyway, here's a couple of older ones with the trusty A70. I dont know which view to pick, so any comments gratefull recieved - dont want to
enter both into the fray!!!

ah tits - you're right about the aspect ratio thing. Oh well - like you said, there's more than enough track pics anyway...

I lost the sides of my "3 silver VXs" shot a couple of years ago due to submitting a non-standard proportion shot, trying not to make that mistake again this year.

I think your track shot is by far the best of the bunch though, it's very dynamic and the colours are incredible.

Anyway, stop submitting any more otherwise mine won't get in

Good stuff Ben, I like that. I know this thread isn't really for discussion...but... there's something weird going on in the shadow under your car - like your histogram doesn't go all the way down to black or something. Can't quite put my finger on it

Dam dam dam you all! Got up and went out at 7am this morning to get 'a calendar shot'. Sadly my photography skills weren't up to the job and I've come back with nothing of high enough quality, although Jase did. We'll just got an hour or so now to fly though my collection to get something else to submit..... Ben - that's a cracking pick too. Making the red look cracking.

Could it be to do with the speed bump the car is parked behind! I did that as a sneaky trick because I hate that vacuous gap you get beneath the car when you take low level shots. I thought I'd got away with it!
