I know Regal get a lot of bad press on here, some of it no doubt deserved, but I'd just like to add a bit of praise for them. My NA popped the ECU a couple of weeks ago, so I had it replaced by Picador Vauxhall (out of warranty, sadly :( ). However, it meant that I'd lost my remap. Despite the fact Regal are in the middle of moving premises, they fitted it in to be re-remapped, for no charge, without hesitation. I would also say that when I first got the Regal remap, I wasn't hugely impressed - sure, it felt faster, and being able to get to 60 in 2nd gear was nice, but it didn't feel outstandingly better. However, going the other way - from remapped to standard - was unbelievable. The car felt horrible to drive, wouldn't do anything below 4000rpm, had flat spots everywhere. I swear, if there was some way to give people that 'un-remapped' experience, every owner would get it mapped. It's not much faster, but man is it ever nicer to drive.

tonite's star prize for longest ever reply delay, but don't often look here. I had Regal on my na for convenience, smoother and higher rev limit with power all the way up made a lot of diff for me. :) Obviously can't compare with other remaps, however
